Burton-based software solutions specialist Visdata has been named Best Software Technology Company in the East Midlands at the prestigious 2016 Technology Innovator Awards.
The company, which was named Business of the Year 2015 by the Burton Mail, has continued to flourish under the direction of managing director, Matt Benfield.
Earlier this year, it opened a new, on-site engineering facility to give it the capacity and equipment it needed to create new software packages that help its clients and employees to remain abreast of the latest manufacturing and technological practices.

Visdata was formed in 2012 following a merger between The Gould Group and Benfield Software Solutions Ltd. It currently employs 12 people from its offices in Burton-on-Trent.
